Lake Okutama (in Tokyo)

Hi.Have you ever heard that we can enjoy touring in Tokyo? Talking of Tokyo, you would imagine tall buildings, overcrowded trains, traffic jam. However, there is a nice spot in the suburban area of Tokyo.

In this post, I am going to introduce one of them, Okutamako-lake. This lake is located in the west of Tokyo and close to  Yamashi.

From my house, it took 3~4 hours to get there. It was faryher than Miyagase barrage I talked about before.

Officially, this lake's name is Ogochi Reserver but we usually call Okitamako-lake. Different from cities like Shibuya in Tokyo, there is no tall building but mountains in Okutama area. Those who live in Tokyo, this place is really good place for reso.

The road goes around the lake so you can enjoy the view of the lake. It was surrounded by flesh air around there. You must visit and see another Tokyo.

On my way home, I dropped at in Yamanashi. We have to go over pass in order to access Yamanashi. It was dangerous to go through tight and narrow pass.

At the mid-flow of the pass, I could see Mt.Fuji overe there.(pic above) It was different from Mt.Fuji which I usually see from my house.
